Bob Taylor created Intrinsic Resource Limited in August 2001 having decided that he most enjoyed involvement in organisations going through change or at start up stage that needed defined short periods of involvement from an experienced and independent consultant.

The company is called Intrinsic Resource because we believe in the axiom that ‘people make success’ and that any venture only succeeds if it has the right people. To supplement these people a venture must then have the right ‘processes’ in place to ensure that it grows and changes in the right way.
