The two areas where I now concentrate my activities are Executive Recruitment and Technology Transfer Consultancy

Executive Recruitment

I am a very experienced Search & Selection Consultant who provides a full service recruitment process including, Internal Research, External Targeting, Advert Creation, Response Management, Candidate Approach, Long Listing, Intensive Interviewing, Detailed Candidate Reviews, Short Listing, Selection Interview Arrangement and Offer Management. All aspects of the service is undertaken personally. I am also able to offer Candidates from my extensive contact base on a non contracted basis where the roles do not merit a full Search.

Technology Transfer Consultancy

I support Technology Transfer department in Research Divisions, Institutes and Universities to assess the commercial viability of technologies via market research and networking. Following on from this stage I prepare Investment Memorandums and initial Business Plans working closely with the technology innovators to attract investors, and then recruiting the spin out CEO. Post Funding I work with the businesses to develop the infrastructure required to facilitate growth and eventual sale or IPO.
