Why would you choose to use an independent operator such as myself?
I believe that I offer a great deal of relevant experience as is verified in the Case Studies section of the site. However I would highlight the particular areas where I can offer a high level personal service:
- I am a high quality interviewer used to dealing with senior people and assessing them on a one to one basis. I have run businesses and started ventures and have the maturity to gain respect and the personality to draw out all facets of the interviewee.
- I am very well networked and have developed an internet based contact database that gives me access to both candidates and sources of market information.
- I am experienced in working with Technology Transfer departments and have helped them develop their own structure as well working with their spin out ventures.
- I am experienced in producing real life Business Plans and Cash Flow projections that represent the true commercial viability of a venture.
- My wide ranging industrial background gives me an understanding of multiple technologies and the markets that use them. This is supplemented by my natural understanding of the sciences.
- My skills in English and appreciation of individuals make my Interview Notes one of my major sales points to clients who often comment on the ‘true picture’ provided.
- Being a single person business I offer a very personal service and I am able to offer rates that reflect my low overheads – I am also willing to consider part risk equity based contracts for interesting ventures.
